As Vice President of Operations of Sencore, Inc., Dana Nachreiner leads all of the functional work groups that design and deliver Sencore’s products to its customers. Today, this span includes product management, design engineering, its product release test group, manufacturing/purchasing/production, quality, service and Sencore’s IS group. Dana has been with Sencore 30-plus years, having started with Sencore in 1986. He has previously held the following roles: VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering, Project Manager, Software Engineer and Design Technician.
His responsibilities today include the New Products Committee and the New Product Development process. He manages patents and trademarks, in addition to being the company’s point person for critical and strategic relationships. He leads teams in the Sioux Falls-based operations and Sencore’s sister company (Wellav), located in Huizhou, China.
Dana holds an MBA (1997) and BSBA (1994) from University of South Dakota. He studied Computer Science at Augustana College (1986-1989) and holds an AASET from Worthington Community College following a Diploma in Electronics Technologies at MN West, Jackson campus (1986).
Dana and his wife, Lisa, both originally from Springfield, MN, and have three children, all graduates of SDSU.
