Biography
Dr. Rebeca Swanson's research focuses on developmental programming and growth efficiency in livestock, with an emphasis on understanding how early-life factors influence growth, reproduction and long-term productivity. She teaches livestock reproduction at the undergraduate level and endocrinology at the graduate level.
Swanson is passionate about developing science-based solutions that improve livestock production efficiency, support producer profitability and strengthen food security in the United States.
