Biography

Nicole Gibson, DNP, RN, FNP-C is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with clinical practice areas of family practice and cardiology and electrophysiology. She has been teaching for South Dakota State University College of Nursing in the family nurse practitioner program since 2008. Her areas of scholarly interest are in the use of innovative healthcare delivery methods to improve patient chronic disease management and health promotion and disease prevention. Dr. Gibson is a nursing leader and scholar with numerous presentations at the local, national, and international level.
