Biography

Lacy Patnoe is the current Respiratory Care Program Director. She graduated with her Associate Degree in Respiratory Care in 2008. Lacy was employed by Regional Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD. During that time, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care.
While employed with Regional Health, Lacy worked as a staff Respiratory Therapist specializing in Adult Intensive Care. She worked as a Clinical Specialist and transitioned into an instructor role for DSU’s Care Program. In 2012, she earned her Master’s in Health Administration. She began working full time for DSU Respiratory Care Program as the Satellite Site Coordinator and Assistant Professor in 2017. In June 2019, Lacy was promoted to the Program Director for the DSU Respiratory Care Program.
