Biography

Kate Luecke, MSN, RN, CEN, CNE began her nursing career in 2014 after graduating from Augustana University with her Bachelor of Arts in Nursing and Spanish. She began teaching at South Dakota State University in 2022 after completing her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Clarkson College. Her clinical nursing experience is in the fields of emergency nursing and cardiology. She earned her Certified Emergency Nursing (CEN) certification in January 2017 and received her Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) certification in March 2023. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Nursing through South Dakota State University.
