Biography

I am a Human Factors Psychologist who specializes in the usability of educational technology and how attitudes toward said technology may impact actual learning outcomes. At SDSU, I teach General Psychology for majors and non-majors, Research Methods in Psychology I and II online (a year long course in which students learn and practice research skills, including the conception and design of research protocols and data collection and analysis), Cross-Cultural Psychology, Child Psychopathology, and Psychological Therapies. I am also teaching a special topics course in Human Factors Psychology in the Fall 2023 semester. In addition to my role as an instructor, I am the SONA administrator for the School of Psychology, Sociology, and Rural Studies and I very much enjoy mentoring students in their graduate study and/or career exploration.
