When will you be happy? If you’re thinking that completing your next big project or milestone will make you happy, STOP and come to this workshop. You’ll learn that cultivating happiness and wellbeing precede success, not the other way around.

The Happiness Advantage* breaks down the neuroscience of positive psychology and demonstrates that happiness, gratitude, and optimism are a triple bottom line for personal and organizational success. You will take away:

  • Basic understanding of the way our brains interpret daily events and how to use this wiring to our advantage.
  • Ways for thinking and relating in (very slightly) different ways that can have big impacts.
  • Practical strategies for enhancing your own wellbeing and that of your organization.

Who should attend: Business leaders and employees interested in affecting personal and organizational success

*Based on Shawn Achor’s bestselling book by the same name.

Differing personality types can be of great benefit to an organization, if there is understanding and appreciation of the various types.  This series will help you identify your own personality type and the way you interact with other personality types in the areas of leadership, team building, communication, and change management.  Prior to the start of the series, participants will complete the Myers-Briggs Indicator® to help determine their personality type. These results will be used in each of the series to provide insight and awareness into how each individual perceives their world, processes information, makes decisions, and relate to the outside world. The goal of learning about personality types within a business setting is to understand and appreciate differences between co-workers in order to strengthen the manner in which we lead, build teams, communicate, and manage change.

Day 1:  Leadership Development
Day 2:  Team Building
Day 3:  Communication
Day 4:  Change Management

Topics will include:

  • Protecting your brand;
  • Building your team internally;
