Poster and Visual Arts Presentation Registration
Please have your recorded presentation in a shareable Zoom Cloud link when registering.
Poster Presentations, Visual Arts Displays, Faculty Publications
Faculty are welcome to present either a poster specific to this event or a poster previously presented at another conference. Faculty should be present in the Q&A Zoom breakout rooms synchronously online and share screen to show a digital poster/display from 3–4:30 p.m. to answer questions.
Faculty Submission Guidelines
Format:
- Pre-recorded poster, visual arts and/or publication digital displays presentation timed for 3-5 minutes. Note: The recorded presentations will be uploaded to a shared BOX folder that will open to audience 1 week before the event day, this will allow time for the audience to view your short presentation ahead of the event.
- On the day of the event, the primary presenter must be present synchronously online via the provided zoom link for the Q&A breakout session held from 3-4:30 p.m. on March 25, 2021.
Display and pre-recorded presentation format:
- For poster it should be in SDSU poster template format. Link from SDSU - https://www.sdstate.edu/university-marketing-communications/university-brand-toolbox/research-poster-templates
- Record the poster/visual arts and publication presentation for a maximum of 3-5 minutes. Use zoom with share screen and camera input for recording. (Please check this SDSU Guide for Zoom based recording provided in this link: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203741855

Faculty Publications
Faculty members are invited to display their recent publications (books, textbooks, book chapters, distinguished or awarded papers, essays, poems, music and other scholarly items.)
*All items for display including posters should be pre-recorded for 3-5 minutes presentation 5 p.m. CT on March 23.
