Established in 2012, the Bio-Micro Graduate Student Association (BMGSA) is an independent student representative body for graduate students in the department of biology and microbiology at South Dakota State University. The ultimate goal of our organization is to form a bridge among students to establish an extraordinary scientific community.
The BMGSA provides student support, services, events, and professional development. We also present a series of scientific seminars and social activities to gather all young scientists under the same umbrella. Many events are hosted per semester by the BMGSA. Find your way to get involved and be a part of something you help create.
Joining our organization gives you a unique set of opportunities to enhance your leadership skills, build relationships with peers, and network with scientists through conferences and seminars.
