What can eSDSU do for you?

Ready to cut the cord? Then you've come to the right place, because the eSDSU Laptop Center is your JacksUnwired set-up station—a free service for all SDSU students. Just drop off your laptop at our Center, located in the Student Union, and our technicians will get you up and running the same day (during normal business cycles).

But that's not all we do … not by a long shot! We also provide on-site technical service and support. Specific services include, but are not limited to:

Installation and set up:

• Operating systems
• Software applications
• Antivirus software
• JacksUnwired

Troubleshoot and repair:

• Software and hardware issues
• Internet and Cisco NAC connection problems
• Remove spyware and viruses
• Install parts (you are responsible for purchasing parts on your own, but you can bring them to us for installation)
