Not tech-savvy? At eSDSU, you have nothing to worry about. 

If you don't know how to get rid of a pesky virus or how to install a newly purchased hard drive, don't stress. The eSDSU Laptop Center is available to help repair your laptop in times of crisis and provide support when questions arise. And before you use JacksUnwired, the student wireless network, stop by eSDSU so they can set up your laptop.  

Keep eSDSU in mind when purchasing a laptop because they can recommend products that suit your needs and answer questions about puzzling laptop specifications. However, they do not sell, loan, or check-out laptops (laptop check-out is available at the Information Exchange in the Union or at the Circulation Desk in Briggs Library).

And if you do need that new hard drive, eSDSU can install it for you. They can show you exactly which part you need and give you some ideas about where you can pick one up. Then, let eSDSU take it from there to get your laptop up and running.
