Harvey Dunn: Select WorksHarvey Dunn: Select Works incorporates Harvey Dunn's well known pieces, including The Prairie is My Garden and The Prairie Trail, with seldom seen oil paintings. Several were created to illustrate stories for publication and some were commissioned portraits. Others were painted by Dunn for his pure enjoyment of painting and for his love of the prairie landscape.
ATTENTION Construction has started! Please come and visit the Harvey Dunn exhibit as well as our Museum Store! Other galleries have been closed due to construction in and around the Museum.
Pardon our mess due to construction projects in and around the museum this summer and fall. We will maintain regular business hours in the Harvey Dunn gallery and Museum Store. Please be patient as we strive to be good stewards of the collections and ensure a comfortable viewing environment for our friends and visitors. A new plaza on the east side of the Museum is also being constructed. Thank you for your patience during our construction phase this summer and fall. Watch for announcements and further information as we embark on major improvements to the Museum.
