Douglas County

The Douglas County Extension Office serves the communities and citizens of Douglas County. We are proud to be part of the county and its communities, and we provide education and information on a variety of subjects.

Our Extension educator’s specialty is agronomy. We also have access to personnel who specialize in horticulture, family and consumer sciences, 4-H/youth development, and livestock. The resources of the South Dakota Cooperative Extension Service, which can help us provide expertise in areas such as marketing/farm business management and community innovation/leadership, are just a click or phone call away.
