Campus Alert System

Be aware. Be safe.

Your safety and security are our top priority. That's why SDSU implemented a campus alert system to notify students, faculty, and staff of any safety threats or severe weather emergencies.

You can be notified by any combination of the following:

  • Mobile phone
  • SMS (text message to mobile phone)
  • Campus assigned email
  • Business phone
  • Home phone
  • Secondary email
  • Second mobile phone

Why register for this free service? In case of a campus-related emergency, you can ensure that you'll be reached immediately with information that will keep you safe.

New students and employees will receive an email from at the beginning of the semester with registration information. If you don't register, reminder emails will be sent periodically. By default, you will automatically receive important campus-related announcements at your Jacks email and/or your SDSU email. You can always check back here for notifications as well.
