Dreaming of a career in health care?

If you’re interested in a career that will give you the chance to help others, consider working in a health-related field! You can explore the wide-array of opportunities available in this field at SDSU’s Health Professions Career Camp. Students will be able to interact with health care professionals and participate in a variety of activities, such as:

  • Hands-on demonstrations in many areas including nursing, pharmacy, nutrition, athletic training, exercise science, biology, microbiology, medical laboratory science, chiropractic care, cadaver lab, and more.
  • Tours of a variety of local health care facilities.
  • Question and answer sessions with a range of healthcare professionals.

Space is limited to 50 high school students and spaces will be filled on a first-come, first served basis.  The camp is best suited for students who will be entering their Junior or Senior year of high school after attending the camp. Tuition is $100 and includes meals, lodging (at one of the SDSU residence halls), and educational and recreational activities.
