Dates

For the fall semester, the Human Subjects Committee will meet the second Tuesday of each month at 2 pm (Central time). In November, the second Tuesday is a holiday and the meeting is moved to the third Tuesday (11/18/08). Materials are due one week prior to the meeting.

All meetings will be held in SNF (NFA) 236.

You must submit your proposal in electronic format to the SDSU.IRB@sdstate.edu address. Please download the current form. If your training certificate has not previously been submitted, attach that to the end of your proposal. You also need to send a copy of the signed cover sheet to Carolyn Curley in the Graduate School Office.

Additional materials (surveys, flyers, etc.) should be submitted in electronic format and attached at the end of the proposal form in a single Word file. Name the file IRB (and your last name). In the subject line of the email, put IRB (your last name). Using these labels will increase the chance that your proposal will be reviewed in a timely manner. If the size of the file prohibits attachment, divide the file where appropriate and submit Part 1 and Part 2.
