The SDSU Archives is digitizing South Dakota cookbooks. As part of the project, a program on South Dakota food culture is planned for March 28.
The SDSU Archives is collecting South Dakota community cookbooks to digitize and add to Open PRAIRIE. As part of the project, Briggs Library is hosting a program about the cultural impact of food and cooking in South Dakota on March 28.

Event Details

The cultural impact of food and cooking in South Dakota is examined in this presentation by SDSU Extension Nutrition Field Specialists Megan Erickson and Megan Jacobson. The program is part of the SDSU Archives South Dakota Community Cookbook Collection, a digitization project of South Dakota cookbooks. Join us March 28 at 7 pm in the SDSU Archives on the third floor of Briggs Library. The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be available.
