Biography

Dr. Droke teaches both undergraduate and graduate nutrition and dietetics classes. She serves as the program coordinator for the Ph.D. in Nutrition & Exercise Sciences program, for the M.S. in Dietetics, and for the M.S. in Nutrition & Exercise Sciences - Nutritional Sciences Specialization. She is involved in the scholarship of teaching and learning in relation to nutrition and dietetics.
