Housing & Dining

The important stuff:
friends and food

When you make SDSU your home away from home, we want you to love it. We ask that you live on campus for your first two years, at least, because we know from experience that you’ll make friends more quickly and have more fun if you do. You’ll also benefit from the help and experience of your community advisor (CA) – a specially trained student who lives on your floor and helps you get used to life at SDSU. (Your CA also plans don’t-miss events like luaus and block parties, hall decorating contests and pizza nights.) Whether you live in a traditional residence hall or in one of our new suites, you’ll have a comfortable, furnished space that’s phone, internet, and cable ready.

As for the grub: Forget everything you’ve heard about college food. It’s actually good at SDSU. Whether you’re in the mood for a snack or a steak dinner, coffee or comfort food, you’ll find it here.
