Apply to SDSU: You’ll be glad you did

Want to transfer or return to SDSU? Great.

Submit a completed application along with the $20 application fee (if you haven’t attended a South Dakota public university within the last year) and your official ACT scores.

Ask your high school and all colleges or universities you’ve attended to mail us your official transcripts (these need to come directly from the institutions to be considered official). If you’re currently enrolled somewhere, send your partial transcripts and we’ll consider you for provisional admission until we receive your final transcript.

You’ll need to have a cumulative GPA of a 2.0 on a 4.0 scale in all of your university coursework. If you’re under 24 years old and have earned fewer than 24 transferrable credits, you’ll also need to meet the freshmen admission requirements.
