*Non-resident freshmen and transfer students may qualify for in-state tuition and fees if a parent or legal guardian graduated from South Dakota State University. Freshmen must have a 20 ACT composite score (930 SAT). Transfer students must have a 2.5 cumulative transfer GPA.
