No matter what you want to do with your life, you can make it happen at South Dakota State University. We offer more than 200 majors, minors, and specializations in our seven academic colleges. For those students still deciding what they’d like to do, we also provide an undeclared option.

Our nationally respected programs include a pharmacy degree with a 100 percent job placement rate and an engineering college where students’ Fundamentals Exam scores rank in the top 10 to 20 percent in the nation. Our nursing grads score above the US average on their RN licensure exams, and our Honors College attracts exceptionally motivated students from every a broad range of majors.
